For instance, you can use “TT:1722” to access the Taiwan Fertilizer Co., which is traded on the Taiwan exchange. The exchange’s local symbol is 1722, and the exchange’s code is TT.

Because Bloomberg also has a “composite” exchange code in some countries, the two-digit exchange code system becomes a little more complicated. Regardless of the exchange, the composite code can be used to refer to all securities traded in that nation. So “US” is the composite trade code for any security exchanged on any of the U.S. trades. We don’t utilize composite codes on GKDuniya.in, however it is essential to know about them since some U.S. ETFs, when they unveil the protections they are holding, will utilize an image that incorporates a composite trade code.
